According to earlier rumors, Angelina Jolie was said to have given birth to her twin girls, possibly premature considering they were originally believed to be due in mid-August.

Fox News reported that French gossip blogs have said the names of the babies are Amelie Jane and Isla Marcheline. OK! Magazine reported that the babies were delivered in France on Sunday, May 25th, at a Catholic clinic.

Later in the day, a spokesperson for Brangelina issued a statement that said no babies have been born yet.

“Angelina has not given birth,” begins the statement. “She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France.”

A statement from Brad’s rep simply reads: “It’s not true.”
