Chris Cornell Quits Audioslave

Chris Cornell has quit the short-lived super-group Audioslave because of personal and musical conflicts and has decided to pursue a solo career.

Due to irresolvable personality conflicts as well as musical differences, I am permanently leaving the band Audioslave. I wish the other three members nothing but the best in all of their future endeavors

There had been rumors last August about the breakup but at the time were unconfirmed. The other members have rejoined their previous front man to resurrect Rage Against the Machine.

Starting February 18, Fox News will be airing a new political comedy show called the “Half Hour News Hour“. The show was made by 24 creator Joel Surnow (pictured).

Wacky or Smart? Special Architectures for Elders

Japanese Artist, Shusaku Arakawa, built and designed these houses for elderly people. This might seem odd, especially when you consider some of the features of said apartments, such as sloping floors, no closets and light switches in random locations on walls. But Arakawa sums it up in the following explanation:

People, particularly old people, shouldn’t relax and sit back to help them decline. They should be in an environment that stimulates their senses and invigorates their lives.

He also hopes it will catch on around the globe. It might, but only inside amusement parks.

Office Attack Video
I don’t know if the fight that starts at the end of the video is real or not, the response of the fellow workers seem a bit too cold for a real fight, but who knows? maybe they too hated the jerk? anyway it’s pretty funny, so here goes.

The Table Saw CD Player
Coming with two speakers, this Player resembles a simple table saw except the blade is replaced with the CD of your choice. The player looks and sounds awesome. As a bonus, it is battery operated and completely wireless. The CD Player is still conceptual although these guys are going in the right direction.

Christina Aguilera New Maxim Photoshoot
If I were to give Christina Aguilera one tip, I’d tell her to never change the blond hair dye, never put any wacky makeup and never cover herself with tattoos and shit anymore. She already proved that’s the ultimate choice when she appeared naked in GQ and in a lingerie some time ago.

Lamps are usually relatively bland, except for the lava-lamps, so it is refreshing when really cool looking lamps come around. Take these “machine” lamps designed by Frank Buchwald for example.

“This is the perfect match,” fellow Vegas resident Robin Leach told Splash News, “the world’s biggest pop star being looked after by the most successful mogul manager in the world.”
